QUALITY POLICY - GALENO CLINIC

 

 

 

GALENO CLINIC for its quality policy, in its scope of health transport services by road in individual and collective non-assistance ambulances and in ambulances assisted by basic life support and advanced basic support, establishes the principles of action in matters of management of the organization :

 

- The Management assumes the leadership of the Quality Management and Health Transport System, and also manifests the commitment to establish, review and comply with the Quality Objectives.

 

- The quality of the management and the approach for the fulfillment of the requirements of the client in the sanitary transport, as specified in the contracts (when applicable) as a common task of all the members GALENO CLINIC, so that all the areas of the dedicated company committed to the final satisfaction of the client.

 

- The basis of the actions of GALENO CLINIC always be:

 

o Excellent treatment for the patient and anyone related to him.

o Continuing staff training.

o Disposition of the facilities and machinery in optimum condition, thanks to an exhaustive maintenance of the same.

o Good image of the company and professionalism, through good manners, good treatment and professionalism in the service of all its workers.

o Promotion of the internal communication of the organization.

 

- The establishment of a commitment to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, as the strategy to dedicate the necessary resources to the care of patients, the improvement of equipment and the improvement of facilities.

 

- The establishment of a commitment to the continuous training of personnel and the constant updating of the latest technical advantages of material resources, as a guarantee of the availability of adequate resources.

 

- The maintenance of an organization appropriate to the type of production that is being developed as a key aspect for the proper provision of the service in an adequate work environment.

 

- The establishment of a commitment to observe and comply with the legislation and regulations applicable to the sanitary transport service.
