INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE PURPOSES
BASILIO SAFAR URFALLI is the Data Controller of the personal data of the data subject and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, providing you with the following processing information:
Purposes of processing:
to involve the data subject in the personnel selection processes, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position of the Controller.
Legitimation of the processing:
unambiguous consent by a clear action of the data subject (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).
Registration of resumes:
we inform you that this is the only official procedure to accept your resume, so resumes submitted by any other procedure will not be accepted.
Data retention criteria:
will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality, both in the treatment and in its subsequent destruction. In this sense, after the aforementioned period, and if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes of the Responsible, please send us your resume again.
Updating of data:
In case of any change in your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data properly updated.
Communication of data:
may be processed and/or communicated to the companies in our group (whose addresses are listed on this website), for as long as your curriculum is kept and for the same purposes as mentioned above.
