Removing unsightly cellulite and reduce volume, especially in localized areas, has become a constant struggle to get the desired body. Cavitation is well known for its effectiveness; and, it treats these problems successfully in a simple way and without surgery.

What is it? What is it indicated for? Cavitation is a safe, effective, durable, painless, and non-invasive treatment indicated to fight cellulite, localized adiposity and to reduce body volume.

What does it consist of? What does the patient feel?

Cavitation is a treatment that uses low frequency ultrasound which forms micro air bubbles, accumulating great power and, with hitting adipocytes, it breaks up the membrane of the fat cell without damaging adjacent structures, respecting the integrity of the blood and the lymphatic system, transforming solid fat into a liquid state, which is finally eliminated through the lymphatic system in the urinary tract.

While cavitation is being done, patients fall into a deep relaxation through local heat and massages with a magnetic head that they receive.

Before you begin. Recommendations before starting with the treatment, it is advisable to drink at least 2 liters of water, as it acts as a conductor of the ultrasound. Fatty foods must be avoided. Results. The results start to become significantly visible as from the third session. The volume is reduced. After treatment, the effects are long lasting, provided that the patient does not make any changes in his/her diet. Exercise and a healthy diet help to maintain positive results.

Contraindications. Cavitation is not recommended for people with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, arteriosclerosis, diabetes with microangiopathy, hepatic and renal failure, cirrhosis of the liver, skin lesions, skin diseases, severe inflammatory processes (tuberculosis, HIV, neoplastic). Pregnant or breast-feeding women, or persons who are carriers of pacemakers or joint prosthesis.

Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating is a problem that affects primarily the palms of the hands and feet, armpits, and face. It can be mitigated by the application of botulinum toxin (Botox). This treatment involves injecting such toxin into the area of hypersecretion in order to block the sudoriparous glands. It lasts about 8-9 months.

Mesotherapy stimulates body metabolism helping to eliminate localized fat and to reduce cellulite effectively and painlessly.

What is it? What does the patient feel?

It involves intradermal injections of lipolytic drugs, draining or firming, that are well tolerated by the body, in order to reduce fat deposits, promote venous and lymphatic drainage and reaffirm skin.

Before you begin. Recommendations

During treatment it is advisable to follow a low-fat diet, avoid alcohol and drink a lot of water to promote the elimination of eliminate toxins.

The results are noticeable as from the third and fourth sessions. This treatment reduces localized fat, it improves cellulite improves Also, a firming effect can be perceived in the treated area. It also helps to combat fluids retention.

After treatment

After treatment, some small hematoma may arise, although it shall disappear after one day. Drinking plenty of water after every session helps to remove the dissolved fat more easily.

Body mesotherapy is not indicated for pregnant or breast-feeding women, seropositive patients, people with cancer or those with blood clotting disorders. It shall neither be provided for people with active skin infection or allergy to the components that are administered.

The acupressure helps to promote circulation and to reduce fluid retention, preventing other major problems which may appear. It also has a particularly good aesthetic component: combat cellulite.

What is it? What is indicated for?

Pressotherapy is a specific therapeutic treatment which not only improves the circulatory system and the lymphatic system, but it also provides other aesthetic benefits, such as removing cellulite.

Directions: Fluid retention, power limb edema, poor blood and lymph circulation, vellulytic-alterations, post-delivery, post-thinning, tired legs, states of stress and muscle tension.

What is it? What does the patient feel?

The patient puts on pneumatic boots which, by air jets, exert pressure on the area to be treated. This pressure reactivates the circulatory and lymphatic system, producing numerous benefits. The patient gets into a kind of costume and he/she feels a massage with a pleasant and relaxing pressure.

Results: The results of acupressure are manifold. By reactivating the circulatory system, the oxygen is increased in the body and this causes an improvement in the circulation of our blood, avoiding the pain caused by tired legs or members numbness. This treatment also relieves aches in smaller members, caused by pregnancy or fluid retention. It treats cellulite at all stages, as well. The results are enhanced if combined with other drainage acupressure treatments. Furthermore, it helps to reduce cellulite, to lose volume and to tone the body.

After Treatment: Once the treatment is done, the use of our recommended reducing and firming cream helps to enhance the results. The patient must maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent fluid retention, for example, alcohol, snuff, and foods like lettuce or high salt content. Other recommendations are to keep your legs up in the shower, combine the jets between cold and hot water.

Contraindications: Pressotherapy is not recommended for people with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, arteriosclerosis, diabetes with microangiopathy, hepatic and renal failure, cirrhosis of the liver, skin lesions, skin diseases, severe inflammatory processes (tuberculosis, HIV, neoplastic). This treatment is neither recommended for pregnant, breast-feeding women, nor to people who are carriers of pacemakers and joint prosthesis.

This is a non-surgical, non-invasive technique with no side effects. It is indicated for the treatment of facial and body areas. It improves and corrects skin tone, sagging, and volume, puffiness, under-eye circles and wrinkles, both from expression and age.

What is it? What does the patient feel?

It consists of the application of electromagnetic waves which provoke intradermal heat and stimulate the fibroblasts, boosting blood circulation, obtaining collagen regeneration, and improving tissue and skin elasticity. It allows to reach the deepest layers of the skin without damaging the dermis. The patient feels a pleasant heat and a massage.

From the first session, the patient sees immediate results. He/she is going to feel a more hydrated, firm, and smooth skin. The results will improve as the treatment is extended. The first day a flash effect is achieved. However, the real result is at 28 or 29 days, when collagen has achieved a greater activation.

After treatment

Sun protection and hydration, both in winter and in summer. On the day of treatment, the skin must not be manipulated, no make-up. The next days, a moisturizer with SPF must be applied.

The radiofrequency is not suitable for people with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, arteriosclerosis, diabetes with microangiopathy, hepatic and renal failure, cirrhosis of the liver, skin lesions, skin diseases, severe inflammatory processes (tuberculosis, HIV, neoplastic).

This treatment is neither recommended for pregnant, breast-feeding women, nor to people who are carriers of pacemakers and joint prosthesis.

What is the carboxytherapy?

Currently, carboxytherapy has become one of the most effective treatments for cellulite, body fat excess, aging and body and facial sagging. This is a non-surgical method that involves the therapeutic use of subcutaneous carbon dioxide (CO2).

What are the therapeutic effects of CO2?

The first effects are immediately seen, the quality of tissue improves, the skin becomes smoother and the treated areas become thinner. Also, it gets rid of cellulite effectively and it boosts blood circulation.

Carboxytherapy is an amazingly effective therapy to fight cellulite, localized obesity, peripheral circulation, fibrosis, and sagging skin.

What are the side effects?

Side effects associated with carboxytherapy are minimal, and they are always located in the application area. These may include mild pain and bruising or a small burning sensation.

Once the session is complete, the patient can return to his/her daily life activities.

Contraindications:  Recent infarction, renal failure, pregnancy, infections.

What is it? What is it indicated for?

Sclerotherapy of varicose veins is a simple treatment that aims to eliminate unsightly varicose veins. Varicose veins are abnormal dilations of the veins that are formed due to the inability of the leaflets of the valves to maintain their function and pump blood to the heart. They can cause complications such as phlebitis, thrombosis, ulcers, hyperpigmentation, and blood ecstasy, which provokes heaviness and tingling.  They may also become painful over time.

What is it? What does the patient feel?

It involves injecting a sclerosing product into the varicose vein which provokes an internal inflammatory response in the diseased vein, joining its walls so that this vein gets closed. The blood will flow through another healthy vein, improving circulation and oxygenation of peripheral tissues.

After treatment

A support bandage is recommended after treatment. Sun exposure must be avoided, and the patient should use a sunscreen to prevent skin staining. Eating and posture habits must be improved, in order to help improve circulation.

This treatment is contraindicated in patients with a history of thromboembolic disease, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in patients with severe renal or hepatic disease, insulin-dependent diabetes or known hypersensitivity to the product being injected.

Our professionals will recommend you the most appropriate treatment options in your specific case, depending on the type of scar or stretch mark you might have.

It is usual to perform combined therapies to enhance the overall look.

Indeed, it is possible to remove cellulite, sagging, localized adiposity, and to reduce volume.

This can be achieved by following an individual food planning with personalized diets in combination with a highly effective appliance of state-of-the-art equipment, which greatly improves the skin texture and helps to reduce one or two sizes.

We suggest combining several treatments for best results, such as mesotherapy, carboxytherapy, pressotherapy, ultracavitation, and radiofrequency.

Ultrasound hidrolipoclasy is a medical treatment based on skin infiltration of saline or adipocitolytic solutions, followed by the treatment on the area with a low frequency ultrasound generator(ultracavitation).

This technique is indicated for the treatment of localized fat, cellulite, lipomas, and post-liposuction contouring.

Some areas to be treated are the abdomen, buttocks, inner thighs, knees, and arms.

The advantage of this treatment is that it eliminates localized fat with neither anesthesia nor risks. It is highly effective, and it does not require hospitalization.

What is aqualyx?

It is an innovative treatment for localized fat reduction. Aqualyx is a micro-gel, biocompatible and fully resorbable aqueous solution which is injected into the fatty tissue with a technique called intra-lipotherapy. It is indicated for non-surgically removing fat from cumulative areas that does not go away by thinning. It dissolves body fat safely and quickly without having to undergo a surgery.

How does it work?

Intralipotherapy with Aqualyx consists of the infiltration of sodium deoxycholate. It is injected directly into the adipose tissue, so that the lipids are dissolved. Fat cells are broken, and once dissolved, they are naturally eliminated through the lymphatic system.

Aqualyx is infiltrated in an area so that it is distributed homogeneously, blending the adipocyte so that lipids are eliminated naturally through the lymphatic system. Anesthesia is not required. 3 sessions are needed, at least, within 3-4-week intervals between sessions. Once the treatment is completed, it is recommended to use support clothing during the early days, i.e., support tights or girdles.

Indicated areas: Inner thighs, inner knee, Trochanteric region and inferior gluteal, abdomen sides, upper extremities, gynecomastia in men, excess fat under the chin, Habitus gynoide lipoma, and buffalo hump.

– Do not apply cosmetics in the treated area during12 hours after treatment.

– Do not expose the area to intense heat sources (e.g. sunbathing, solarium, sauna, etc.) after treatment.

– It is advisable to use compressive systems after treatment to reduce swelling.

-A drainage is convenient for 2-4 days aftertreatment in order to allow the elimination of the product.
